Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Europe, and select international destinations. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 8–21 business days depending on your location.

All orders include tracking, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your package is on its way. We ship using FedEx to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Shipping is free for all orders — no hidden fees or added charges at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer express shipping. Please place your order with enough time to allow for standard delivery windows.

In the event that your package is marked as failed delivery by the carrier (e.g., undeliverable or returned to sender), you will be refunded in full. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
