You’re fully protected for 30 days after receiving your order. You may request a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund/Replacement Situations
Non-Delivery – If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may request a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items – If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Not Satisfied – If the journal simply doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
Conditions
To process a refund or replacement, the following must be provided:

Clear photo or video evidence for damaged or defective products

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
Products showing misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost.
