If your journal arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or physical damage, you may request a replacement or full refund within 90 days of confirmed delivery. This guarantee protects against production and shipping issues, not personal preference.

What Is Covered

This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects, structural binding issues, printing errors that materially affect usability, and significant physical damage sustained during shipping. To qualify, you must contact us within 90 days, provide your order number, and submit clear photo evidence of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to the original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

This policy does not cover change of mind, dissatisfaction with design or system structure, minor cosmetic variations, normal wear and tear, misuse, or any digital products and downloadable bonuses once delivered. We stand behind our product. We also stand behind our standards.
