Refund policy

We have a 90-day guarantee. Complete every entry in your Monk Mode Journal for 90 days, and if you're not happy, we'll refund every dollar. 

To be eligible for the Monk Guarantee, you must complete a journal entry every day for all 90 days. That's the only condition, no fine print beyond it.

To claim your refund, email us at hello@ascendifyjournals.com with your order number and a photo of your completed Ledger. You do not need to send the journal back — keep it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at hello@ascendifyjournals.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive your proof of completion, we'll review it and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact us at hello@ascendifyjournals.com.
