Refund policy

At Ascendify Journals, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-Delivery – If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may request a full refund.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items – If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage/defect must be submitted at the time of your request.

  • The damage must be proven to have occurred during shipping or manufacturing. Products that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Process:

  • To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us at hello.ascendify@gmail.com.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
